Fast Burn 30 is a high intensity 30 minute workout designed to burn fat and condition the body in as little time as possible while having fun. The “Fun” part is important because a workout program that is not fun is hard to stick to.

Fast Burn 30 and its hight intensity interval methodology was conceptualized by Gary Berger and his wife Danyelle both of whom are fitness instructors and co-own the Baltimore Martial Academy in Catonsville, Maryland. Danyelle is a level 2 certified Russian Kettlebell instructor through “Dragon Door” which is a very prestigious and reputable kettlebell association. Danyelle is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Danyelle and her husband both head the Fast Burn 30 program, however Danyelle also teaches more comprehensive  60 minute kettlebell classes at Baltimore Martial Arts. Our 60 minute kettlebell classes include basic as well as complex techniques which can sometimes take months to perfect. In contrast, our Fast Burn 30 program teaches only the basics which are all that are required when doing high intensity interval training. Simple movements like the kettlebell swing preformed to near exhaustion for short bursts combined with a good nutrition program like Precision Nutrition are a perfect recipe for optimum health.
